Welcome to the Kentucky Association of Collegiate Registrars & Admissions Officers!

The Kentucky Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers has been at the forefront of professional development for Higher Education, Admissions, and Registrar professionals in Kentucky since 1924. In fact, the association is older than many of the schools it serves.

KACRAO is a non-profit, volunteer professional organization comprised of a diverse group of member schools (public, private, community, and technical) and individuals. While primarily aimed at supporting the work of records, registration, and admissions, it has extended its scope to include orientation, transfer, and aspects of higher education technology.

The Registrar's Workshop

The Registrar’s Workshop is an opportunity for Registrar professional staff members to connect with other members to share ideas, best practices, and attend some informational sessions. Sessions are facilitated by experienced members of the profession and participants are able to compare notes on a wide range of topics of common interest and create a helpful network of colleagues at other institutions.

Parking will be available in Cornerstone Garage (PS #5, 409 South Limestone)- The Cornerstone Garage has an entrance and exit on South Limestone and on Upper Street. Grab a ticket as you enter the garage and you will be given a Voucher once you arrive at the Student Center to scan for free parking. The Student Center is located across Limestone on the Corner of Limestone and the Avenue of Champions.

NOTE: All participants must wear a mask while inside the Student Center until further notice.
