KACRAO has reserved a limited block of rooms at our conference venue, the Campbell House - Curio Collection by Hilton. The hotel is conveniently located near central Lexington with a number of dining options nearby. 

The rate is $152 per night and includes complimentary on-site parking and wi-fi.

KACRAO Proudly Supports Believing In Forever Inc.'s Annual Youth Coat Drive

As part of our 100th Annual Conference celebration, KACRAO is honored to partner with Believing In Forever Inc. for their inspiring initiative, “A Coat To Keep The Cold Away.” This annual youth coat drive has made a profound impact across eastern and central Kentucky, providing over 25,000 brand-new coats to children in need over the past 11 years.

Founded by Devine Carama—an Emmy Award-winning hip-hop artist, author, educator, community activist, and Director of ONE Lexington—Believing In Forever Inc. is driven by a powerful mission:

"To inspire and motivate young people toward community leadership through art, education, mentoring, and service. We encourage youth to discover their purpose through their unique gifts and talents. Our legacy is not defined by what we collect, but by what we leave behind. Investing in our youth is Believing In Forever."

How You Can Help
We invite all conference attendees to join us in supporting this meaningful cause. Here’s how you can contribute:

  • Organize a mini coat drive at your office or institution.
    • Encourage colleagues and staff to donate brand-new youth-sized coats (suitable for children from kindergarten through 12th grade) or cold weather accessories like hats, scarves, and gloves.
    • Bring your donations to the Believing In Forever Inc. table at the KACRAO Annual Conference.
  • Monetary donations can be made electronically via Venmo to @BelievingInForever, or PayPal to [email protected], or Zelle to 859-303-2637
